Ben Flores
Clinical Operations Manager
Ben brings with him over 19 years of experience in the ABA field, having started his journey in 2006 as a behavior technician. Since then, he has gained extensive experience across a wide range of service areas including center-based programs, in-home support, shadowing, community outings, respite care, research, and training workshops. He has also held several leadership and management roles, making him a well-rounded and knowledgeable addition to our team.

What drives Ben most is his passion for helping children and families thrive. He finds great joy in sharing the successes of the individuals we serve with the dedicated professionals who make this work possible. He is enthusiastic about getting started and looks forward to helping families gain access to the highest-quality services available.

Nathaniel Bissell

Maisyn Guillory
Lead BCBA, MS, LBA
Maisyn collaborates closely with clients to develop individualized treatment plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. She employs evidence-based practices and proven techniques to drive progress in communication, social skills, and behavior management. Maisyn’s dedication to her clients is unwavering, and she continuously seeks fresh ways to enhance her skills and knowledge in applied behavior analysis.
As a valued member of the Blue Light team, Maisyn’s commitment to her clients’ growth and development is truly inspiring. Her passion for helping children on the spectrum shines in every interaction, and she is making a positive, lasting impact on the families she serves.
Nathaniel Bissell is BCBA with a strong background stemming from both professional experience and his Education. Nathaniel maintained a 4.0 GPA as he Graduated from Capella university with a Masters of science in psychology with a specialization in ABA. This education allowed him to strengthen his foundational knowledge and adapt it to the clients he serves. In addition, he has been able to apply that knowledge throughout his 5 years of working in ABA providing services for pediatric children aged 2-20 all with varying backgrounds, cultures, and settings.
Nathaniel has seen great success with the families he’s worked with through his specialized and individualized approach which is backed by research and science for each client and supplemented by professional collaboration. Nathaniel firmly believes that through positive outcomes in therapy, and by providing families with the tools and skills necessary for success, his clients will be able to Independently experience their communities and environments to the fullest, while also developing positive and meaningful relationships with the people in their lives.


Savannah Johnson
Office Administrator
Savannah serves as the Office Administrator at Blue Light Therapies, bringing over seven years of experience working with children in both educational and clinical settings. Prior to joining the ABA field, she worked within the school district, where she developed a strong foundation in child development, behavior management, and family collaboration. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Child Development, which has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of developmental milestones and evidence-based practices to support children’s growth.
In her role as office administrator oversees daily administrative operations, ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and that families receive high-quality support and communication. Her background working directly with children on the autism spectrum has given her valuable insight into the unique needs and strengths of each child, allowing her to approach her work with compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Savannah is deeply passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and their families. She takes pride in being part of a collaborative team that strives to provide meaningful, individualized care and contribute to each child’s success both inside and outside of the clinic.

Furhan Baker
BCaBA, MS, LBA
Furhan Baker is BCaBA and has been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 7 years and is currently working on obtaining her BCBA certification. Furhan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas and a Masters Degree in Special Education with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University where she deepened her understanding of evidence-based practices for individuals with developmental disabilities.
Throughout her career, Furhan has worked with children across a broad range of ages, developmental levels, and support needs. She strives to create supportive environments that foster growth, build confidence, and celebrate every milestone. Furhan is looking forward to creating meaningful connections with her clients and their families!

Hunter Freeman
BCBA, MS, LBA
Hunter Freeman is a Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) with nearly four years of experience in ABA field. Hunter is originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Originally from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Hunter has dedicated three years as a Registered Behavior technician and one year as a BCBA. His passion for working with children drives his commitment to being the best clinician he can be for his families.
Hunter earned his degree from Capella University with a 3.7 GPA and was honored with a nomination to the National Society of Leadership and Success. He find the most rewarding aspect of ABA in the collaborative work with families. The joy and pride he sees in families as they observe their child's progress motivate him daily to grow and improve as a clinician.
Hunter is excited o continue his ABA journey with Blue Light Therapies where he looks forward to making a meaningful impact for families and their children at Blue Light Therapies.
