With a strong educational background in Biology and Chemistry from The University of North Texas and a Special Education Masters degree from Texas A&M, Ever combines his scientific knowledge with his expertise in special education and ABA to make a meaningful impact in the lives of his clients. Ever firmly believes that each individual has their own unique strengths and abilities, and he is dedicated to unlocking their full potential. He employs a personalized and holistic approach, tailoring his instructional strategies and interventions to meet the specific needs of his clients. Savannah Faurot
Office Administrator
Savannah has been working with Blue Light Therapies for one year now, as an office administrator. Savannah has a Bachelors degree in Child Development from Ashford university and is currently pursuing a degree in Special Education with emphasis of Applied Behavior Analysis at ASU. Before working as an RBT Savannah was a assistant teacher for a behavioral students at CFBISD. I have a passion working with children and seeing them be successful in life. I live for the momentous moments that I see on a daily basis.

Uriel Martinez
Clinical Operations Manager
Uriel possesses an extensive background in supporting children on the autism spectrum for a period exceeding four years, an undertaking that has proven to be profoundly fulfilling. Currently, he is actively pursuing his undergraduate psychology degree with the ultimate objective of attaining the status of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Uriel derives great satisfaction from his work with children and derives immense gratification from witnessing their developmental advancements. His unwavering commitment lies in providing exceptional services to individuals with special needs or behavioral challenges, always prioritizing respect and empathy. Uriel harbors a profound ardor for empowering special needs students, offering invaluable guidance to facilitate their holistic growth and realization of their utmost potential.
Tracie has over 8 years of direct experience in the field of speech-language pathology. Tracie graduated Magna Cum Laude from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center with a Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Language and Hearing Sciences in May of 2015. She graduated from Louisiana Tech University with a Master of Arts degree in Speech-Language Pathology in May of 2017.
Once completing graduate school, Tracie started her SLP career working with geriatric patients in a skilled nursing facility. In February of 2020, she began working at an ABA clinic as a SLPand spent the last 3 and a half years as a pediatric SLP working primarily with autistic clients. Tracie quickly developed a passion for working with autistic clients, and their families, and helping clients find their voice to communicate with others. She is very excited to begin her journey as the Director of Speech Services at Blue Light Therapies and begin providing speech therapy services to out Blue Light Clients.

Vatrece is a dedicated advocate who brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as a Mentor at BlueLight Therapies. Currently pursuing a graduate degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, she holds an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts & Sciences and a Bachelor’s in Psychology.
With a profound commitment to supporting families navigating pediatric Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) diagnoses, Vatrece has been actively involved in the field for five years, advocating for early intervention therapy through ABA. Her journey as a scholastic mentor spans seven years, highlighting her expertise in guiding and nurturing students. Vatrece's dedication to ABA is not just a profession but a genuine passion. She supports the notion that empathy, understanding, and a collaborative spirit, should foster a supportive environment where learning is a shared privilege.
